Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack the item in its original architectural packaging, ensuring all blueprints, certificates of authenticity, and protective inserts are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
